Y3 Spring term

We have lots to enjoy learning about again this term. Here are some potential highlights:

Our History theme is the Stone Age – we will be placing this era on a huge timeline, stretching back hundreds of metres to the creation of Planet Earth. We will learn about Hunter-Gatherers, Stone Circles and Cave Paintings too!

I hope you have had a happy and restful Christmas break and that 2016 has got off to a good start for you! This term is a very busy one in Year 6 – preparation for our SATs tests steps up a few gears, and it also includes our visit to Robinwood. With regard to these two momentous events, a parents meeting will be organised very soon to discuss details – we’ll send a letter out to you as soon as possible with a date.
