We are two weeks in to the Summer Term and Year Five have returned after the Easter Break with an excellent attitude to their work.
We visited the Hancock Museum on the first Monday of term, to link into our Science theme this term. We had a fantastic time:
- We touched actual asteroids.
- Found out what it would be like to take a trip to Mars
- and discovered lots about animals and their bones.
We have lots more to do this term from exploring space and forces in Science, discovering the world of letters and correspondence in English and learning all about the Mayas during our History lessons not to mention our trip to Kir kley Hall Activity Centre in June.
There is more information included in the termly overview. Summer overview 2017 overview final
